But in the meantime , To register an NGO in Kenya takes the following steps ,

1. Name suggestion and searching with the NGO board. Takes 1-2 days
2- By laws generation and documentation
Preparation if relevant documents for onwards submission Takes 1-5 days
3. Submission of documents with the NGO's Board , paying and vetting. This takes 1-2 days.
4 Registration of the NGO and collection of certificate
- takes 3-12 weeks .
Note, To register an NGo you need a minimum of 5 officials  who must have the following valid documents
- their national I'd
- Their Valid Police Clearance Certificates
-Their KRA pins
-Their passport size photo, 187*126 mm
- they append their signatures in the last page of the constitution .
And at least 2 officials to sign in all the pages if the bylaws.
